Your scooters cost you a LOT of £'s why save a few quid on a "cheap" and maybe "unsafe" trailer?

We do NOT sell "cheap" trailers, we sell INEXPENSIVE trailers !!

All trailers are basic, ie spare wheels, jockey wheels etc are extra.

Road legal lighting system is included in the costs shown.

Any and we mean ANY modification is NOT a problem.

The cost shown above is for a 5ft x 4ft Trailer.

The cost does rise as the size does.

£10 per sq ft/or part of, base size.

The box section drawbars are full length to the axle.

Attention has been paid to give the trailers a positive noseweight so as to aid in the stability when towing. Support and strength is designed into each and every trailer we manufacture, with a keen eye on the unladen weight to give the maximum carrying capacity we feel safe with.

TOWING LEGAL STUFF (To bear in mind before purchase)

Trailers must have on the back two red sidelights, two red stop lamps, an illuminated number plate and two triangular red reflectors plus amber indicators designed to flash between 60 and 120 times per minute. If they are more than 1.3m wide, they must also have at least one red fog lamp.

All trailers built after Sept 30th 1990 require front reflectors.

Unbraked trailers manufactured after 1 Jan 1997 must be fitted with a secondary coupling (safety chain)

1982 regulations demand that all trailers, including unbraked ones, must be clearly marked with their maximum gross weight in kg. This may be checked at any time by the police at a weighbridge. Since 1st January 1997, all unbraked trailer plates must show the year of manufacture.

Your mobility scooter trailer is made to order and at busy times can take up to 14/21 days for availability.

Autowbars (BFD) also offers a towbar fitting service and trailer hire service.

  Mobility scooter  prices are exempt from / excluding VAT,  Receipt / Guarantee supplied.

You may be exempt from paying VAT
